Our footprint
Frankly LLC operates no warehouse, no distribution center and no vehicle fleet. Product ships directly from the manufacturer's or distributor's facility to the customer's site, which removes an entire leg of freight and a double-handling step from every order compared with a reseller that stocks and re-ships. Quoting, ordering, invoicing and contract administration are conducted digitally end to end.
We would rather state that plainly than describe it as a carbon strategy. It is a consequence of how the company is built.
What we do for customers
Environmental information at the point of decision. Where a manufacturer publishes a registration or rating — EPEAT, ENERGY STAR, or a product carbon-footprint or recycled-content disclosure — we surface it on the quote, so a customer can weigh it before purchase rather than discovering it afterwards. A sustainability policy is only enforceable if the information arrives before the decision.
Take-back and recycling. On refresh projects we coordinate manufacturer take-back, trade-in and recycling programs so displaced equipment returns through the manufacturer's own certified recovery channel rather than being disposed of locally.
Extending what you already own. Our recommendations favor extending the service life of installed equipment — software-based capability, license and subscription changes, and management consoles that support the existing estate — over a rip-and-replace refresh. Estate longevity is the largest single lever on the embodied carbon of an IT environment. We will say so even where a refresh would be the larger sale.
Consolidation. In network security specifically, consolidating multiple point products onto a single platform reduces the number of appliances a customer has to power, cool, maintain and eventually dispose of.
Reporting
We can report to customers on:
- Small, local and diverse business spend attributable to the customer, by period
- Tier 2 supply-chain spend by partner
- Product-level environmental registration status for equipment purchased
- End-of-life disposition for equipment returned through manufacturer take-back or recycling, including the program used and the volume returned
We will match a customer's preferred template and cadence rather than imposing our own format.
How we deliver it. We provide this reporting on request, case by case, rather than as a standing subscription nobody reads. The requirement comes up regularly in institutional solicitations and customer inquiries, and the underlying data is tracked today.
We are an early-stage company and we do not claim a formal ESG reporting program we have not built — what we claim is that the data exists and the report goes out when you ask for it.
